General FAQs

Do I need to be fit to join?

Absolutely not. Sessions are designed for all fitness levels. Every exercise can be modified to suit where you’re at.

Who are these sessions for?

Women and mums who want to feel stronger, more confident, and supported — whether you’re newly postnatal, have older kids, or are returning to movement.

Can I bring my baby or child?

Yes. Sessions are child-friendly and babies/young children are welcome.

What do I need to bring?

Comfortable clothes, supportive shoes, a water bottle, and your own towel and/or mat. All training equipment is provided.

Is this a bootcamp-style class?

No. The focus is safe, supportive, purposeful movement — no yelling, no pressure.

Are casual sessions always available?

Casual spots depend on class availability. Some sessions may be full. You may be able to trial the class before joining a program

Do I have to commit long-term?

Programs run for a set duration to provide structure, progression, and accountability. This is usually in line with the school terms.

How soon after birth can I join?

This depends on your recovery and medical clearance. Many mums start after their 6-week check, others later — both are okay.

Is it safe to exercise during pregnancy?

Yes — when done correctly. Sessions are pregnancy-safe and stage-appropriate. Exercises are modified to support pelvic pain, back pain, abdominal separation, and injuries.
